By accessing or using DinJob ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DinJob is an online job board connecting job seekers (Candidates) with hiring companies (Employers). We provide tools for job posting, candidate applications, resume management, and hiring workflow management.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers posting jobs on DinJob agree to:

  • Post only genuine job opportunities
  • Not discriminate in violation of applicable laws
  • Keep job listings accurate and up to date
  • Handle candidate information with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates using DinJob agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles and applications
  • Not apply to positions for which they are ineligible
  • Not use the platform to distribute spam or unsolicited messages

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DinJob to:

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DinJob and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-submitted content remains the property of the respective users.

8. Privacy

Your use of DinJob is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. DinJob does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
